Before you complete your reservation, please review the booking policies below. These acknowledgements apply to all direct reservations at Buncombe Creek Resort Marina. Please note: any future-stay credits issued by the marina expire 365 days from the original booking date.

I acknowledge the minimum stay requirements and cancellation policy. A 2-night minimum stay is required for weekend bookings and a 3-night minimum for holiday weekends. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in, no-shows, and early departures are non-refundable but may, at the marina's discretion, be issued as a non-refundable credit toward a future stay. Any credit issued expires 365 days from the original booking date and is non-transferable. Date changes made within 24 hours of check-in are treated as a cancellation. I understand the check-in procedures and marina access guidelines. Upon arrival, please check your reservation confirmation for your universal access code. This code will provide entry to your lodging, the Fish Cleaning Station, and—if included in your reservation—your assigned transient dock gate. While your code provides immediate access, we ask all guests to visit the Marina Office during business hours to finalize check-in. Lodging guests may also request boat ramp access at this time. Please ensure your slip usage matches your checkout selection. For assistance with late arrivals, please contact the office in advance. I agree to the property condition, liability, and damage authorization policy. Guests assume all risks associated with the use of marina facilities and agree to maintain the property in good condition. By booking, you authorize Buncombe Creek Resort Marina to charge the card on file for documented damages, excessive cleaning, smoking violations, unauthorized guests, or unauthorized pets. Whenever practical, the marina will notify the guest and provide documentation before any post-stay charge is assessed. Damage and incidental charges may be applied within 14 days of departure. All guests must adhere to posted safety and conduct rules to ensure a premium experience for the entire Buncombe Creek community. I understand the boating, dock, and marina access rules for this reservation. Boating guests agree to use only the assigned dock, slip, or marina access included with this reservation, follow posted marina rules, keep walkways clear, and operate vessels safely and respectfully while on Buncombe Creek Resort Marina property. Slip assignments and access are valid only for the dates selected at checkout; vessels remaining beyond the reservation window may be charged the prevailing daily slip rate plus a holdover fee. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vessel is properly registered and insured, and agree to comply with all wake, no-wake, fuel handling, and pump-out rules. Buncombe Creek Resort Marina is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vessels, trailers, or personal property while on marina premises.
